This gated community offe24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The location is decent, with SVM School nearby. My only slight concern is the internal roads; they seem a bit narrow for easy maneuvering of larger vehicles, especially during peak houHowever, the overall security setup with CCTV surveillance is reassuring.
