We finally moved into our new flat at SRM Pride last week. It felt like the right time to upgrade from our rental place and this 2 BHK felt spacious enough for us. The 1100 square feet built-up area is quite good. Gandipet is a developing area and we hope it grows more. SRM Constructions Suncity seems to have completed the project around December 2022, which is good. We liked that they have provisions for rain water harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. The community building is also a nice touch for gatherings. We are still settling in but so far, it feels like a good decision for our growing family.

Having Continental Hospitals also at nearby gives us peace of mind. The 2 BHK flat we got is 1100 square feet built-up, which is comfortable for our family. The project is ready to move, completed in December 2022. SRM Constructions Suncity included closed car parking, which is very convenient. The only small issue is the traffic can get a bit congested on the main road during peak school drop-off and pick-up times, but it’s manageable. Overall, the convenience for schooling is a big win.
