We were looking for a comfortable retirement home in Pune and found SRK Platinum in Wakad. The 2 BHK configuration with carpet areas between 749 to 801 square feet looked spacious enough. It’s close to Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, which is nice for outings, nearby. The price range from 73.39 Lakh to 97 Lakh is quite significant, and we chose a unit closer to the lower end. We are looking forward to the completion by December 2025. The developer, S R K Buildcon, assures fire fighting systems, which is a good safety feature. Parking is enclosed, which keeps the vehicle safe from the elements. Overall, it seems like a decent option.

I checked out the 3 BHK flats, which offer 947 square feet of carpet area, and the price is around 97 Lakh. It's a significant investment, but the proximity to Podar International School (2.8 KM) and the proposed metro station (1.66 KM) makes it convenient for future family needs and commuting. The project is under construction by S R K Buildcon, with completion targeted for December 2025. I’m hoping the amenities like storm water drains and energy management systems are well implemented. The only drawback is that Jupiter Hospital details weren't available, which is a slight concern.

We decided on SRK Platinum mostly because of its location right on Hinjewadi Road. It is super convenient for my commute to the IT park. The 749 square feet 2 BHK flat we booked seemed like a good size for us, and the price around 73.39 Lakh was within our budget. Construction is still ongoing, with completion expected by December 2025. The developer, S R K Buildcon, mentioned they have good energy management systems. My only slight worry is the traffic noise given it’s right on the main road, but hopefully, the soundproofing is good. They also offer closed car parking which is a must for us.
