This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Sritas Pride. The location in Kondapur is very convenient, with Sanskriti School right next door and KIMS Hospitals a short 4-minute drive away. I opted for a 1500 square feet 3 BHK flat. The price was around 1.05 Crore, which was at the top of my budget, but the salespeon assured me it was a good deal for the size. The amenities like closed and open car parking, plus 24/7 water supply, are very practical. I'm a bit worried about the parking space; sometimes it can get a bit congested. The developer, Srita Constructions, seems professional. I'm looking forward to moving in soon since it's ready to move.
