We were looking for a comfortable home for our family and settled on a 3 BHK in Srimitra Lifestyle. The space is good, with units ranging up to 2241 sq.ft. My kids are excited about the children's play area and the swimming pool. Having Sunshine School just opposite the project is incredibly convenient for us. The prices are in the 51.7 Lakh to 1.05 Crore range, which felt manageable. Srimitra Properties included essential amenities like lifts and power backup. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight if you have more than one vehicle. We are hoping the developer, Srimitra Properties, addresses this. The landscaping looks well-maintained.

Decided to buy my fit flat at Srimitra Lifestyle. It's a ready-to-move project completed in 2015. I chose a 2 BHK unit, which is around 1100 sq.ft built-up area, costing approximately 52 Lakh. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is decent, with easy access to Horamavu Kalkere Main Road. While NH 44 is nearby, it's good to have the metro station at nearby for longer commutes. Srimitra Properties offebasic amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 security. The biggest advantage for me was the availability of a loan from Bank of Baroda. A small downside is the lack of readily available OC details, but it’s an older project so hopefully it’s a formality.

Srimitra Properties delivered this project in 2015, and it's ready for immediate possession. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is quite good, especially being directly opposite Sunshine School. It's also convenient that Cloudnine Hospital is nearby. They have a gym and a swimming pool which are great facilities. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the internal roads within the complex could be better maintained. The overall built-up area for the 3 BHKs goes up to 2241 sq.ft, which gives options for families looking for more space. Rainwater harvesting is also a good feature.

Srimitra Properties seems to have completed this project a while back in 2015, and it's ready to move in. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is accessible, though getting onto the main Horamavu Kalkere Main Road can be a little slow during peak houThey have a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are good amenities for residents. We are still waiting for the OC, which is a bit concerning, but the bank loan from Bank of Baroda was processed smoothly. Overall, it felt like a reasonable financial decision.
