We bought a plot here mainly for our children's future. Sri Sai Krishna County in Sangareddy, Kulbgoor is quite spacious with plot sizes up to 357 Sq.yd. The price for our 187 Sq.yd. Plot was about 43.01 Lakh. It's great that Sri Sai Krishna Property Developehas included a children's play area and a jogging track within the park. The proximity to Keshava Reddy Concept School, nearby, was a major factor. We are happy with the 24x7 water supply and street lighting. The only thing is the entrance road to the project from the main highway could be a bit wider; it feels a little narrow sometimes.
