    I bought a 2 BHK at Sri Sai Balaji Munshi Arcade. The built-up area of 1145 Sq.ft is decent for a single peon, and the location in Dwarka, Hanamkonda is pretty good. It's very close to the Dwarka Sec 12 Metro Station and the hospital, which is handy. The project by Sri Sai Balaji Developehas good basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which was important for me. Landscaping is also present, making the complex look nice. The only downside I found is that the road leading to the main Dwarka Expressway is nearby, which can make longer trips a bit less convenient during peak houIt's a good, practical option.
