DPW Housing Organization completed this project back in March 2014, so it's ready to move in. The budget of 50.0 L for a 3 BHK in Dwarka is quite reasonable. I need a place close to my work, and Sector - 16B seems like a convenient spot. I am slightly concerned about the lack of listed amenities and the fact that OC is not available, but the price point was the deciding factor for me.
