The location in Beeramguda, Sangareddy, is developing, and we liked its proximity to Gowtham Model School, which is nearby. Sri Constructions completed the project by December 2021, and it's ready to occupy. The price of 68.88 Lakh onwards fits our budget. One thing that concerned me was the parking situation; it wasn't clearly defined during our visit and looked a bit tight. Also, the Mandovi Bridge being nearby means some routes might be congested. Still, the space is good.
