Being teache, we needed something reasonably close to good schools, and St. Joseph's Matriculation is just a 5-minute drive away, which is perfect. We got a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of about 970 Sq.ft. The price was within our budget, around 33 Lakhs. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus as we couldn't wait any longer. Power backup is essential here, and they have that. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project from GST Road can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchase from Sri Om Muruga Constructions.
