It is a relief to have storm water drains and energy management systems included in the project plan. The location is convenient for us since we travel to the city center often. The only downside is that the Kakinada RTC Bus Complex is about 4.2 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance if you do not have your own vehicle, but overall we are very happy.
