The 1200 square feet 2 BHK apartment gives us much-needed extra space. It's ready to move in, so we could plan our move easily. The developer, Sri Sai Ganesh Brundavan, seems to have a decent reputation. The 24X7 water supply is a standard amenity but good to have. We did notice some dust on the roads nearby due to ongoing construction in the wider area, which is a minor concern for now. But the convenience of location outweighs that.
