    I purchased a 2 BHK flat here as a stable investment. The price was reasonable, around 37 Lakh for the 1110 square feet unit. Being ready to move was a key factor for me. Prime Infratech has a reputation for completing projects, and Prime Heights was ready back in 2012. The amenities like the gymnasium and indoor games are nice additions. It's also very close to Rainbow Children's Hospital, which is reassuring. The only minor concern is the lack of readily available parking space if you have more than one vehicle, which might be an issue for some families. However, for a single car or investment purposes, it's quite good.

We specifically liked the Vastu compliant design of the apartment. The built-up area of 1172 square feet is ample for our needs. The swimming pool and jogging track are excellent for staying active. The 24/7 security provides peace of mind. While the project was completed in 2012, the maintenance seems to be handled adequately. The biggest downside for us is the traffic congestion on Nizampet Road, especially during peak hou, which makes getting around a bit challenging sometimes.
