The price was reasonable, falling within the 8.96 Lakh to 22.34 Lakh range mentioned. I liked that they have a clubhouse and an open-air theatre, which are good for unwinding. The 24x7 water supply is also essential. The location in Sangareddy is developing, and it's close to Kandi Bus Station, making it accessible. My main concern is the internal roads and footpaths; I hope they are well-maintained and not dusty.
