The price was 85.28 Lakh, which was a stretch but worth it for the location and size. Shaikpet is well-connected, though the road leading to the main street can get congested. We love the landscaping and the idea of a party lawn for family functions. Having lifts and power backup is a significant improvement from our old place. Sri Aditya Homes Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have built this project to last, given it's from 2012.
