The children's play area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids yet, it adds to the community feel. Sri Aditya Homes Pvt. Ltd. Seems like a reputable builder. I liked that it's close to Khairatabad Metro Station, which will be useful for getting around the city. The main thing I need to get used to is the noise from the traffic on the main Jubilee Hills road, which is noticeable even from inside the apartment.
