The price of 63.72 Lakhs was within my budget after considering the loan. Sreerosh Properties seem to have good amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The location near EMRA Bus Stop, nearby, is also very convenient for daily commute. I visited the site and the construction quality looked solid. My only slight concern is that the parking area looked a bit congested, and I worry about getting a good spot for my car.
