We just put down the payment for our fit apartment in Skyline Odyssey. It's a 3 BHK and the built-up area is around 1677 sq.ft. The price was a little over our initial budget at 1.56 crore, but the location near Lulu Mall and Prestige Public School is just perfect for us. We liked that it's on the Mini Bypass road itself, so traffic shouldn't be too bad getting around. They mentioned a coworking space and a library, which sounds useful for my husband who works from home sometimes. The construction is still ongoing and expected to finish by December 2028. We saw the plans and it looks modern. Hope the quality is good.

The developer, Skyline Builde, has a decent track record. The built-up areas are substantial, with the 3 BHKs starting at 1677 sq.ft. And going up to 2165 sq.ft. The 4 BHK is a massive 2435 sq.ft. My main concern is the completion date of December 2028; that's quite a long time, and market conditions can change. Also, the lack of available bank tie-ups is a minor inconvenience for potential buyeneeding financing. Still, the potential for appreciation is there.

However, the parking situation seems a bit tight based on the plan; we'll need to see how that works out in reality. Also, the December 2028 completion date means a long wait.
