The location is quite convenient, with Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar Higher Secondary School just a minute away, which is perfect for our children. Be Well Hospital Ambattur is also extremely close, which gives us a lot of reassurance. The connectivity to Chennai Tiruvallur High Road and Chennai Bypass Road is also a significant advantage for our daily commutes. We were a bit concerned about the noise from the nearby highways, as it can be quite noticeable during the day. The apartment size is adequate for us, a slight upgrade from our rental. We hope the developer pays attention to soundproofing.
