We chose a 350 Sq.yd plot at Sreecity Sowbhagya because we wanted more space for a garden and a nice house for our family. Being close to Sri Chaitanya school is the biggest advantage for us since the school run will be very short. AMARAVATI CAPITAL PROJECTS JECTS ECTS CTS TS S has planned the landscaping and tree planting quite well which adds a nice green touch to the area. One minor concern is that there is still some construction dust in the surroundings due to ongoing work on nearby internal roads. However, the connectivity to the Outer Ring Road at nearby distance is excellent for our weekend trips.
