    I visited the site last month to see if Sree Gowri Nilayam would be a good choice for my family. The developer Panem Arun And Munnangi Manvitha Reddy has managed to provide essential amenities like rain water harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. The layout of the 818.7 Sq.ft apartment is quite practical for a small family. I am impressed with the street lighting and the overall safety measures inside the campus. The location in Kankipadu is peaceful and away from the noise of the city center. I did notice that the parking space is a bit limited for larger vehicles, which is something the management might need to address soon. Overall, it is a solid project with good basic facilities and a professional builder team.
