The apartment size around 1100 square feet is comfortable. However, the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes longer than expected. The price was at the higher end of our expectation, but the ready-to-move status was a major deciding factor. Overall, it's a decent place to live, provided you can manage the travel.
