We picked Sree SLD Surya because we wanted something ready to move and located in Bengaluru. K R Puram, Kodigehalli seemed like a good area. The apartment itself is functional, and we appreciate the car parking provided. Sree Lalithadevi DevelopeAnd Constructions finished the project by March 2021, so we didn't have to wait. It’s close enough to places we need, like Gopalan National School which is a short distance, making it easy for future planning. The only real downside is the traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou; it can be quite frustrating getting out of the area sometimes. We are still adjusting to the neighborhood.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in a decent locality for our family, and Sree SLD Surya in K R Puram, Kodigehalli fit the bill. It was completed by March 2021. Having Gopalan National School just a 10-minute drive away was a major deciding factor for us, along with Sathya Sai Hospital being very close. The children’s play area is also a nice touch. The car parking facility is adequate for our needs. We did notice some dust on the balconies from nearby ongoing construction, which is a bit of a nuisance, but hopefully, it will settle down over time. The intercom facility is also quite useful for us.
