We were looking for a plot to build our dream home and found Sree Ilana. The location in Saravanampatty is really convenient, especially being close to the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Highway. It makes commuting easier. We saw plots around 1699 Sq.ft which seems like a good size to start with. The developer, Sree Daksha Land Shape, seems to have good amenities like 24X7 water supply and internal roads, which are essential. We are considering buying here. The only thing is that Saravanampatty can get a bit busy during peak hou, so traffic might be a small concern. But overall, it seems like a solid option.
