I purchased a 2 BHK flat of about 850 square feet for approximately 50 Lakh. The ready-to-move aspect was key, avoiding the stress of waiting. The project offeessential amenities like car parking and a lift, which are important for comfortable living. The area has good connectivity to major roads. My only minor concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak hou, but inside the apartment, it is manageable. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting features are good additions for the long term.
