The 3 BHK flats are spacious, with carpet areas from 1386 Sq.ft to 1408 Sq.ft, fitting the demand for family rentals. The price is around 1.1 Cr to 1.12 Cr. What appealed to me most was that it is ready to move in, meaning immediate rental income. Sree Guru Foundations Pvt Ltd is the builder. The completion is slated for December 2024, which is a bit later than I expected for a ready-to-move property, but I assume it's for final touches. The nearby APL Global School (3.2 km) is also a good indicator of the area's desirability.
