The location in Thoraipakkam is quite convenient, especially with APL Global School a short distance. My commute to the office on Old Mahabalipuram Road is also manageable. The construction quality seems decent from what I've seen, and it's ready to move in. The only small issue is that the common areas feel a bit cramped, especially the lobby. Overall, it's a decent property for the price point.
