The Vastu compliant designs and the ample greenery with landscaping are very attractive features. The project offeplots ranging from 150 sq.yd. To 300 sq.yd., providing enough space. The price starting at 26.24 Lakh is quite affordable for a plot in a developing area of Hyderabad. The proximity to Gurukul Vidyapeeth and Gurunanak Univeity is also a benefit. While the project is under construction, with a completion date of May 2026, I am a bit concerned about the 24/7 water supply reliability, especially during peak summer months. However, the overall plan for a secure gated community with essential utilities like underground electricity lines gives me confidence.
