Santos Adibatla Residential Plots by Santos Estates seemed like a good option because it's ready to move in, and they can start construction whenever they feel ready. I looked at plots around 6300 Sq.ft, priced at approximately 83.98 Lakh. The location in Adibatla is peaceful, and the availability of 24x7 security is a priority for me as I won't be around. Rainwater harvesting is also a responsible feature. While the price is on the higher side, the developer's commitment to quality is reassuring. The connectivity to the Outer Ring Road is a definite plus for any travel needs. The lack of OC received is something I will need to clarify further.
