The 3 BHK apartments have a built-up area from 1425 to 1560 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The project offea jogging track and a kids play area which is important. The 50% open space with gardens is also a big plus for family living. The price range is a bit high, between 70.35 L and 89.78 L, but the quality of construction and the amenities make it worth considering. We liked the idea of a modern clubhouse. The only concern is the distance to Radharaman Hospital, which is quite far at nearby.
