The 3 BHK flats, each 1488 Sq.ft built up, offer plenty of space. I’m also interested in the 17,000 sq.ft Club Blue Amenities, particularly the mini theatre for occasional entertainment. The 24x7 water supply is a practical feature for daily living. The budget is around 86 Lakh. While the project is under construction with completion set for December 2030, my main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction which is quite noticeable now. Acrerise Realty LLP P assures quality, so I hope it will be resolved once completed.
