I booked a larger 3 BHK, around 1900 square feet carpet area, for visiting family. The proximity to Nehru Outer Ring Road is also a plus for travel. The gated community aspect provides good security, which is important to me. They have 24X7 water supply which is crucial. I haven't faced any major issues yet, but the traffic on the approach roads can get a bit heavy during peak houSR Buildeseem to have focused on essential amenities like fire sprinkleand car parking.

The 1107 square feet 2 BHK we looked at had decent carpet area and the layout was practical for us. Gandipet is relatively peaceful compared to other parts of the city. SR Buildementioned solid waste management and landscaping, which are nice touches for a retired couple. The construction was completed in September 2022, so it's relatively new. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, but hopefully that settles down. Overall, it feels like a secure community with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance.
