    This is my fit home purchase, and I chose SR MD G4 apartments. I was looking for a ready-to-move property, and this fit the bill, being completed in January 2022. I chose a 2 BHK unit which has a carpet area of 618 square feet. The location in Vaishali Nagar, near Amprali Circle, is good, and it's quite close to Jayshree Periwal High School. One thing I've noticed is that the traffic on the main road near Amprali Circle can get quite heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. S R Buildeand Developeseem to have delivered on time, which gave me confidence. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, though I'm still getting used to the city noise.

The biggest advantage is Jayshree Periwal High School being literally 0 kilometeaway, which saves so much travel time for the kids. We bought a 3 BHK and the carpet area is about 950 square feet, giving us enough space. It's ready to move, which was essential for us as we couldn't wait for construction. The developer, S R Buildeand Develope, finished the project in January 2022. The only downside is the dust from nearby ongoing construction which is a bit irritating, especially during windy days. We hope that settles down soon. Other than that, the proximity to essentials is great.
