We bought a 2 BHK in SR Construction, the larger one at 1179 sq.ft, for about 65 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was convenient. The main reason we chose this location was its proximity to Jyothi Vidyalaya High School, which is a short distance, and also Medicover Hospitals. The children's play area is a definite plus for our kids. Having a lift is useful, and the open car parking is adequate for our needs. The project is located in Patancheru, which is developing rapidly. We are hoping the completion in November 2024 means all finishing touches will be perfect.
