The location in Periya Semur is quite convenient, especially with the Erode Hindu Kalvi Nilayam school just a 3-minute walk away. This was a big factor for us. Also, the Thanneer Panthal Palayam bus stop being so close is helpful for my wife when she needs to travel. Tmt V Sudha seems to have a decent reputation. The rooms are a good size for our needs. My only slight worry is that the area can get a bit dusty during construction nearby, but that's typical for developing areas. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.
