We liked that it has 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are basic necessities. The proximity to the Thanneer Panthal Palayam bus stop, a short distance, is very convenient for commuting. The school nearby is also a plus point for future planning. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic on the main road when we visited during peak hou, but within the project itself, it’s quiet. We are considering building a small villa here.
