I picked a smaller one for now. The project is ready to move, and it has basic amenities like water supply and sewage treatment. My main concern is the connectivity to the IT hubs; Chanda Nagar Bus Stop is over nearby, so daily commute might be an issue for some. But for the price I'm hoping it will be worth it.
