It felt like a good investment for the price, which was around 85 Lakhs. The location in Ondipudur is decent, very close to NH 67, making travel easy. The developer, Springfield SheltePvt. Ltd., seems to have completed this project back in 2013, which is a while ago, but the construction still looks sturdy. The children's play area and swimming pool are nice additions for the family. Springfield SheltePvt. Ltd. Completed this project in 2013, and it's ready to move into. The only drawback we've noticed is that the parking within the complex can feel a bit cramped when guests visit.

Being in Ondipudur, it's quite accessible, with the Singanallur Bus Stand nearby and Coimbatore Railway Station nearby. The developer, Springfield SheltePvt. Ltd., has equipped the place with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security, which makes us feel safe. My only minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction which happens sometimes.
