The project is located in Ondipudur, which is a well-established area. My parents mentioned the 24x7 water supply and security are very important for them, and this project offethat. The size is 1300 square feet, which is comfortable for them. It was important that the house was Vastu compliant. I chose Pan because they have been around for a while. The proximity to schools like Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Vidyalaya is good for my niece who visits often. The airport is a bit far though.

The location in Ondipudur, off Nanjundapuram Road, is decent enough for our commutes to school. One small issue is the water pressure can sometimes be a little low during peak usage times, but it’s generally fine. The swimming pool is a bonus for the weekends.
