My partner and I bought a 2 BHK in Spectrum Vertillas. Being in the IT sector, we needed something close to work, and Kharadi is perfect. The Ramwadi Metro Station is just under nearby, making commutes easy. We got a flat around 1100 square feet, which is a good size for us. The price point was within our budget, around 1.5 Cr. Spectrum Properties included some nice extras like mosquito mesh windows, which is a big help in Pune, and a granite kitchen platform. The swimming pool and amphitheater are great for unwinding. The main thing we liked was the advanced security system. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but it's a developing area.

We purchased a 3 BHK flat in Spectrum Vertillas for my parents. The location in Kharadi is quite convenient, close to Rising Medicare hospital which is important. We were looking for a ready-to-move-in property as we are based abroad and this fit the bill. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs is around 1555 square feet, which gives them plenty of space. The developer, Spectrum Properties, also included good amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. My parents are happy with the spaciousness and the security features like video door phones. The only slight concern is the distance to the main highway, but for their daily needs, everything is quite accessible from the Pandhari Nagar area.

The complex has two towe, each with G+13 floo, and the overall build quality seems robust. The private deck and rooftop amenities are a definite plus for relaxation after a long day at the hospital.

The proximity to Hadapsar Station, nearby, adds to its connectivity. While the overall construction quality appeasolid, the absence of readily available OC details was a minor point of consideration during my due diligence.
