I purchased a 4 BHK flat in Spectra Raywoods for my parents who live in Bengaluru. I wanted something ready to move in March 2023, and this project fit the bill. The built-up area for the 4 BHK ranges from 1815 sq.ft to 2750 sq.ft, so they have plenty of space. The location in Central Bangalore is ideal as it's close to amenities and easy for them to access. I especially liked that the property has partial power backup, which is essential. The developer, Spectra Construction Pvt Ltd, seems reliable. My only concern is the high price starting from 5.0 Cr onwards, which is quite a significant investment, but the quality seems to justify it. The nearby Manipal Hospital is also a plus.

I like that each room has a balcony; it makes the place feel more airy. The swimming pool and landscape garden are well-maintained and a nice place to relax.
