The project is located at 54/4A, Hazra Road, a well-known address in Ballygunge, Kolkata. Being ready to move in was a big plus. The price for this larger unit is around 2.44 Crore. The developer, Spandan Group, has equipped the project with necessary amenities like fire sprinkleand car parking. The proximity to Fortis Hospital is also a convenience. The noise from the nearby bus stand can be a bit much sometimes, but it's a trade-off for such a central location.
