It's a gated community with 24x7 security, which is important for me. I bought a 2 BHK flat, around 1300 Sq.ft. The price was acceptable, approximately 24 Lakhs. The building has been around since 2011, so it's settled. Having 24x7 water supply and lifts is convenient. The only minor concern is the distance to the metro, Jatin Das Park Metro Station is nearby, which can be a bit of a walk on a hot day. But overall, the locality is peaceful.
