The location is great, very close to School of Schola, which makes the morning commute for my kids so much easier. Beltarodi is also easily accessible. The building has essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply, which are crucial for a family. The community buildings are a nice touch for gatherings. This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Space Liviano. I was drawn to the location in Somalwada, near Manish Nagar, as it seems like a growing area. The carpet area is around 700 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for me. The project by Space Infrastructure is ready to move in, which was important as I didn't want to wait. I like the idea of having landscaping and tree planting within the complex, it makes it feel greener. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting system provide a sense of security. I did notice that the roads around the project are not fully developed yet, which can be inconvenient. But for a fit home, it seems like a decent choice.

We love the location in Somalwada, it’s close to Manish Nagar and not too far from the main road. The Ujjwal Nagar Metro Station is nearby, which is useful for reaching other parts of Nagpur. The developer, Space Infrastructure, seems to have kept their promises. The landscaping is nice and the common areas are well-maintained. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a big plus. Our only small issue is that the parking can feel a bit cramped sometimes, especially when visitocome over. Overall, it's a good place for young professionals.

Being close to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute was a key factor for me, as my parents live nearby. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and lift access are very practical for daily living. Space Liviano is situated in Somalwada, a developing area with good connectivity. While the building itself is good, the approach road could be better maintained. It can get a bit dusty during dry weather. However, the flat is well-designed and gets good natural light. I appreciate the fire safety systems in place.
