We were tired of paying rent and decided to invest in our own home. Raut Shiwani IV in Somalwada caught our eye because it was ready to move and offered 3 BHK apartments, which we needed for our growing family. The built-up area of 1200 Sq.ft for the 3 BHK is adequate. The location is decent, with the school and hospital nearby being very convenient for us. The price range, up to 38.4 Lakh, was manageable with our combined income and a loan. We are happy that Raut Builder and Developer completed the project on time back in 2014. The main drawback is the traffic noise from Wardha Road, which can be quite loud during peak houWe are still deciding if we can live with that.
