Being in Ambattur, the connectivity to Chennai Bypass Road is a big advantage for my daily logistics. The gated community setup gives me peace of mind with the security cabin and lift facilities provided. However, the road leading up to the main gate can get quite dusty during the afternoon hou, which is a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise, the space is well ventilated and feels quite premium. I appreciate that it is ready to move in, so we shifted last week without any major delays or administrative headaches. It is a good choice if you work in the northern side of Chennai.
