We were looking to upgrade from our rental place and found Sonal Shree Morya. The 2 BHK apartments here are around 540 Sq.ft, offering a good amount of space for us. We appreciated that it is ready to move, as we didn't want to wait anymore. The swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent amenities that we can now enjoy. The location on Koradi Road is decent, and it’s good that Max Super Speciality Hospital is nearby. The main concern for us is the car parking; it seems a bit tight if you have larger vehicles or multiple caStill, the 24x7 security and water supply are reliable. Overall, a positive move.

The gated community setup provides security, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring. I find the gymnasium very useful for my busy schedule. The location on Koradi Road is strategic, with SH260 and NH69 both nearby, which is great for logistics and travel. The swimming pool is a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. After retiring, we wanted a peaceful place to settle in Nagpur. Sonal Shree Morya seemed like a good option, especially since it is ready to move. Our 540 Sq.ft 2 BHK is comfortable and well-designed, with good ventilation. The children's play area is a nice touch, though not relevant for us. We appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the surroundings pleasant. The gymnasium is also a good facility to stay active. The proximity to Kadbi Square Metro Station at nearby is convenient for occasional travel. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby road sometimes, especially during the day. But the 24x7 security and reliable water supply are definite plus points.

Finally moved into my fit apartment at Sonal Shree Morya. It's a 540 Sq.ft 2 BHK and feels quite spacious for a single peon. I really liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, it gives me peace of mind. The swimming pool is a nice addition for the weekends. The location on Koradi Road is pretty convenient, with NH69 nearby, making travel easier. They also have a children's play area which is good. The lift works smoothly. I was a little worried about the construction quality but it seems decent enough for a new buyer. Overall, it feels like a good start.

We wanted a ready-to-move apartment in Nagpur and Sonal Shree Morya fit the bill. The 2 BHK configuration we got is 545 Sq.ft, which is adequate for our small family. Having a children's play area is a plus for our little one. The proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is nearby, was a key decision point for us. The project has good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. One thing I noticed is that the road leading to the main Koradi Road could be a bit wider, it gets dusty sometimes. But overall, it's a good residential space.

I picked Sonal Shree Morya because it's ready to move and I needed to settle quickly. My 550 Sq.ft 2 BHK is functional and the layout is decent for one peon. Being a single woman, the 24x7 security and gated community aspect was a big factor for me. The gym is well-equipped, which saves me money on a separate membehip. The only minor issue is that the traffic on Koradi Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable since the hospital and school are nearby. The landscaping is also pleasant to see every morning. It's a comfortable place to live.
