We moved into Solitaire Square a few months ago. The 3 BHK flat we purchased has a good super builtup area of around 2430 sq.yd. It's nice to have visitor parking available, which is a big help when family comes over. The construction quality seems solid and the landscaping in the common areas is well maintained. Being ready to move was a major factor for us as we didn't want to wait. The gym is functional, though not very large. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live, away from the main city hustle. We haven't faced any issues with the 24x7 water supply so far.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a 3 BHK at Solitaire Square. The super builtup area is around 2430 sq.yd., which feels quite adequate for me. I liked that the project is ready to move, so I could see the actual flat before finalizing. The security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system were important considerations. It's also convenient having a gym within the complex. The location in Nava Naroda is okay, but reaching the Nirant Cross Road Metro Station at nearby feels a bit far. I am still getting used to the noise from the nearby road during the day. The entrance lobby looks nice.

Solitaire Group delivered this project by September 2021, and it's ready to move in. The proximity to National Highway 8 (5.14 KM) is beneficial for business travel. I found the landscaping and tree planting to be quite pleasant. My main issue is with the parking; while there is visitor parking and reserved parking, the layout can feel a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. The common areas are generally well-kept, and the lifts are operational.

The area is decent and it's nice to have the Mahahi Sandipani School also nearby for future planning. The flat is ready to move, which simplified my relocation process immensely. While the location is good for essentials, the traffic on Nikol Naroda Road can get a bit heavy during peak houThe entrance lobby is quite presentable. I am hopeful the daily commute won't be too much of a problem.
