This is my very fit home purchase, and I chose Shree Ram Sanidhya. I bought a 1 BHK flat of 747 square feet. It was important for me that the project is ready to move. The price of 14.1 Lakh was very affordable for a fit-time buyer like me. I liked the idea of having a children's play area and a gym. The location in Nava Naroda is accessible. While the flat size is adequate for one peon, I hope the maintenance charges won't be too high in the long run. Shree Ram Constructions seems like a reliable developer.
