Finally bought my fit home at Solitaire Palms E in Moshi. It's a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 379 Sq.ft, which feels pretty decent for a single peon. The price was around 32.87 L, which fit my budget. I liked that it is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait long after booking. The developer, Solitaire Builde, seems to have completed this project in March 2022. The location is quite convenient with the Pune-Nashik Highway NH 50 nearby, making commutes easier. There's also a hospital nearby, Shree Multispeciality Hospital and ICU, which is a big plus for peace of mind. The only thing I am a bit worried about is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. Overall, it feels like a good start.

I purchased a 1 BHK apartment at Solitaire Palms E for my parents who are living in Pune. The carpet area is around 375 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for them. The budget was between 32 L and 32.87 L. Solitaire Buildecompleted the project in March 2022, and it is ready to move in, which was ideal for my parents to shift immediately. They will benefit from the Senior Citizen Siteout and the Yoga/Meditation Area. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Moshi, is decent, with the RKL Galaxy International School nearby, which is good for visiting grandchildren. The main drawback is that the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning, but we are hoping it gets sorted soon. The infrastructure around the area is developing, but it's still a bit dusty.

However, the PCMC Metro Station is quite far at nearby, which might be an issue for future connectivity. Also, the carpet area, though stated as 379 Sq.ft, feels a bit cramped. It's decent for a retired peon but might not suit families.
